Polyurethane lifting itself lasts 20 years or more, well past the warranty. Crack and joint sealing isn't covered, because sealant wears with traffic, water and freeze-thaw movement; it lasts 3–5 years, and resealing is quick and inexpensive.

If you decide to go ahead, most jobs start within 1–2 weeks. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and we take evening and weekend appointments for commercial work.
